The purpose of Team Phoenix is to highlight and foster ability through un-segragated recreation, competition, and technological innovation. Our commitment is to educate the public and focus awareness on people’s abilities rather than, compensate for their disabilities.

The team has made pivotal contributions to the sport throughout its nine-year history. Each team member, Japanese and American, is responsible to and for the others, and none of us would be here without the others, or those who came before.

We honor this gift from our friends around the world, by pursuing victory on the race course, and friendship everywhere else.
