Registration will be opened on the day before the race day and will be closed at 10 am of DAY ONE. No registration will be accepted after the inspection period closes.

Saturday, June 10th/DAY ONE: Qualifiers
8am - 10am ... Event Registration open 1pm ... Junior class starts 2pm ... MasterA/Over Age classes start 2:30pm ... Senior class starts 6pm ... Welcome Party* (included in your registration fee)
*Qualifier results will be posted during the Welcome Party held @ the Blizzardium Rm. in the Naeba Prince Hotel on the evening of DAY ONE.

Not only you, competitors, but your companions may attend the party with your event ID at no additional fee.
The party will be semi-formal or costume provided with a buffet-style dinner. Swimsuits are not a costume, no SPEEDOs, please.
More attractions & more schwag gifts, randomly chosen by each booth and sponsor, will be provided.
After hours, enjoy the night following the Qualifiers celebrating Naeba's early summer ambience....
Sunday, June 11th/DAY TWO: Finals
8am - 12pm ... Course Inspection 1pm ... Finals start 3:30pm ... Awards/Good-bye Party, buffet-style dinner party, at the Blizzardium Rm. in the Naeba Prince Hotel

Competitors from 1st place to 3rd place in each category will be recognized at the Good-Bye Party.
All competitors will receive an official Result Time Plaque.
All competitors will be eligible to win more prizes like Sponsor's Awards at the party, so don't miss it!
